Project Quantity Surveyor – General Refurbishment – Remote Working

We are currently seeking a Project Quantity Surveyor to support the delivery of multiple small to medium-sized works across a long-term framework. This role offers a predominantly remote working model, with expensed site visits across the Thames Valley region. The successful candidate will play a key role in managing commercial activities across a varied portfolio of refurbishment and lifecycle projects, including plant replacement and internal fit-out works.

Responsibilities

* Commercial Management Across Multiple Projects

Manage the commercial delivery of multiple concurrent projects, ensuring effective cost control, budget management and financial reporting across a portfolio of framework works.

* Tendering, Pricing & Quotation Management

Prepare, review and manage tenders, quotations and cost estimates for a range of refurbishment and lifecycle works, ensuring accuracy, competitiveness and alignment with client requirements.

* Cost Control & Financial Reporting

Monitor project costs, valuations and variations, producing regular cost reports and forecasts to ensure projects are delivered within budget and commercial targets are met.

* Client & Stakeholder Interface

Act as a key commercial point of contact for clients and internal teams, maintaining strong relationships and ensuring clear communication across all stages of project delivery.

* Contract Administration & Change Management

Support the administration of contracts, managing variations, change control and final accounts, ensuring all commercial processes are compliant and well-documented.

Requirements

Must have relevant degree level qualifications

Must have 6+ years’ experience in a similar role on similar refurbishment-based projects

Must be willing and able to travel to and from site when required

Benefits

£500 per day + Expensed Site Visits + Remote Working
