Job Description
* Isolate kitchen power (switch off consumer unit)
* Lock off kitchen circuit with padlock while working
* Remove sockets, then reinstall after work is complete
* Inform resident that kitchen sockets cannot be used for approx. 2 hours (risk of short circuit)
* Install tiles around the bath only
* If bath is between 3 walls: tile all 3 walls along full bath length
* If bath is in an L‑shape (2 walls): tile only along the bath length
* No full tiling at WC area
* Tile behind sink only, up to 3 rows high
Qualifications
* Asbestos awareness training (can be provided in-house by Pilon)
* CSCS Card
In addition to the above qualifications, we are looking for:
* Right to work in the UK
* Own tools (110v or battery-operated)
* Full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle (van preferred)
* Good conversational English
* Reliable, organised, and able to work to deadlines
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
