M&E Site Manager

We are currently seeking an experienced M&E Site Manager with a strong commercial construction background to join the team on a major project.

M&E Site Manager Key Responsibilities:

* Manage and coordinate all M&E activities on site from installation through to completion.

* Supervise M&E subcontractors and site teams, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme, and to specification.

* Coordinate mechanical and electrical services with the main construction programme and other trades.

* Review drawings, specifications, programmes, and technical information.

* Monitor progress, quality, and installation standards across the project.

* Liaise closely with the Project Manager, engineers, subcontractors, consultants, and client representatives.

* Identify and resolve technical and coordination issues on site.

* Ensure all works comply with relevant health & safety regulations and project requirements.

* Support testing, commissioning, snagging, and handover activities.

M&E Site Manager Requirements:

* Proven experience as an M&E Site Manager on commercial construction projects.

* Strong understanding of both mechanical and electrical building services.

* Commercial construction background is essential.

* Experience managing subcontractors and multiple M&E packages.

* Strong knowledge of construction programmes, drawings, specifications, and quality standards.

* Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.
