Contract Type: Temp to perm
Area: Hammersmith West London
Hours: 42.5 Hrs per week (Mon to Fri)
Hourly Rate: £22 PH CIS

Build Recruitment are recruiting for an experienced plumber to join our client’s reactive maintenance team
Duties
Diagnosing and repairing plumbing faults including leaks, blockages, taps, toilets, and pipework
Making good after plumbing works to a high standard
Attending properties and ensuring all work is completed within agreed timeframes
Carrying out secondary trades when required
Providing excellent customer service when working in tenanted properties
Ensuring all work is completed safely and in line with health & safety regulationsRequirements
NVQ or City & Guilds qualification in Plumbing
Domestic/ social housing/ council property repairs experience
Excellent customer service skills
Full UK driver’s license
Will be able to carry out secondary trades to a good standard Benefits
