Executive Assistant

6 Month Contract

Based in Solihull

£23.60 per hour - Inside IR35 (Umbrella Rate)

Key Duties & Responsibilities

* Executive Secretary/Executive Assistant work is focused on supporting an individual executive or small number of executives in their day-to-day office activities including:

* Obtaining and organizing information for use in conferences, speeches, and reports as requested by the executive

* Editing, proofing, formatting, document design/production, form filling, and data entry

* Scheduling/coordinating meetings, diaries, and travel arrangements

* Receiving/relaying telephone messages from internal and external sources, managing the time/interaction executives have with internal and external sources

Skills

* Proven administrative experience with a strong background in office management and clerical tasks

* Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities effectively

* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point)

* Excellent phone etiquette and professional communication skills

* Demonstrated ability to handle confidential information discreetly and responsibly
