Are you a qualified Mechanical Plumber looking for an immediate-start opportunity?
A leading Facilities Management organisation is seeking an experienced Mechanical Plumber to support maintenance services within a secure, operational environment. This is initially a temporary position, with the potential to become permanent.
The Role
As a Mechanical Plumber, you will be responsible for:

Carrying out planned and reactive plumbing maintenance
*
Completing light mechanical and general plumbing works
*
Supporting HVAC and air conditioning systems where required
*
Diagnosing faults and carrying out repairs across building services
*
Working alongside other skilled trades across the site
*
Supporting wider FM maintenance requirements where necessary
*
Maintaining high standards of health, safety and compliance
About You
To be successful, you will have:
*
NVQ Level 2 in Plumbing or equivalent
*
Previous commercial plumbing and maintenance experience
*
Knowledge of HVAC and air conditioning systems
*
Current Legionella/L8 awareness or relevant certification
*
A flexible and multi-skilled approach to building maintenance
*
Strong health and safety awareness
*
A current DBS would be advantageous
Due to the secure nature of the environment, successful candidates will be required to complete relevant background and security checks, including providing a full five-year employment history.
