Job Title: Communications & Content Specialist
Location: Hybrid (3 days on-site: Tues, Wed, Thurs in Dartford)
Contract: 3 months initially (with potential for extension)
Rate: £350-£400/day Inside IR35

We are seeking an autonomous, self-starting Communications & Content Specialist to translate complex program updates into engaging visual and written content. In this role, you will drive internal communications and effectively distribute key materials across the wider business.

Key Responsibilities:

Visual & Written Content: Design creative assets including posters, update packs, and compelling written materials.
Video Production Support: Assist in scripting, preparing, and managing weekly video updates and vlogs.
Independent Stakeholder Engagement: Autonomously gather and grasp complex information directly from project teams without requiring extensive leadership direction.Requirements:

Proven experience in a similar communications or content creation role.
Strong visual design and writing skills.
Ability to work independently and proactively.
Preferred: A background in construction or manufacturing to truly understand what organizational change looks and feels like in those environments.This is an urgent vacancy where the hiring manager is shortlisting for an interview immediately.
