The Opportunity
We're looking for an experienced Product Manager to join a major digital transformation programme, leading the delivery of critical product initiatives while supporting multiple Agile teams.
This role is ideal for someone who can balance user needs, business objectives, and technical considerations to drive product success. You'll work closely with delivery teams, stakeholders, and business analysts to define priorities, shape roadmaps, and ensure products deliver measurable value.
Key Responsibilities
Lead product delivery across key workstreams and product backlogs.
Work with multidisciplinary teams to define problems, shape solutions, and deliver user-focused outcomes.
Balance business needs, user requirements, and technical constraints when making product decisions.
Prioritise and manage product backlogs to maximise value and delivery outcomes.
Collaborate with Business Analysts, Designers, Developers, and stakeholders throughout the delivery lifecycle.
Ensure requirements and product artefacts are maintained within Jira and Confluence.
Support delivery planning, sprint activities, and roadmap development.
Monitor product performance and measure outcomes against agreed objectives.
Ensure products comply with relevant standards, governance, and delivery frameworks.Essential Skills & Experience
Proven experience as a Product Manager within Agile delivery environments.
Strong stakeholder engagement and relationship management skills.
Experience working with multidisciplinary teams to deliver digital products and services.
Ability to prioritise competing demands and make informed product decisions.
Strong understanding of product lifecycle management and outcome-based delivery.
Experience using Jira and Confluence.
Excellent communication, facilitation, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to translate business and user needs into clear priorities and actionable delivery plans.What We're Looking For
