Fintech - Loan IQ Implementation
Location: City of London, Hybrid
Salary: £(Apply online only) per day, outside IR35
We have an urgent requirement for an experienced Programme Manager to join our financial services and payments sector Fintech client with the rescue and delivery of a part-implemented Loan IQ platform, which is Finastra’s market-leading software platform designed for corporate, commercial and syndicated loan management.
The implementation of Loan IQ is a critical step in the future expansion and development of the FinTech business, which specialises in the provision of banking, financial services, and payments functionality to small-medium enterprises.
The business is a going through a period of further scale up and wishes to introduce Loan IQ to help them to scale, automate and streamline their lending operations.
The successful Programme Manager candidate will be responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from rescue of a part-implemented system, through to execution and delivery. The Programme Manager will work closely with stakeholders at all levels of the organisation to ensure that the implementation is reclassified, completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
Key Responsibilities for the Programme Manager:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive project plan for the Finistra Loan IQ implementation
- Manage and coordinate project resources, including internal team members and external vendors
- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful delivery
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status and address any issues or concerns
- Identify and mitigate project risks to minimise impact on project timeline and budget, getting the programme back on track
- Provide leadership and direction as the Programme Manager to the PMO / project team members to move forward project goals and objectives
Person Specification:
- Proven track record as a Project Manager or Programme Manager in successfully managing complex implementation projects in the financial services industry
- Experience working with Loan IQ or similar loan management software platforms would be an advantage
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively manage stakeholders at all levels of the organisation
- Excellent project management skills, including the ability to develop and execute project plans, manage resources, and mitigate risks
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Knowledge of best practices in project management and a commitment to continuous improvement
- Relevant professional qualifications in project management, programme management, or similar field
- Experience working in a Fintech or financial services organisation is desirable
