Role: Supply Chain Coordinator - Fixed Term Contract (12 Months)

Salary: £28,000 - £30,000

Location: Chesterfield

Our client, a dynamic and forward-thinking organisation, is seeking a passionate and detail-oriented Supply Chain Coordinator to join their Parts Supply and Support Team on a fixed-term contract basis.

In this key position you will play a pivotal role in ensuring a seamless process from sourcing parts through to delivery.

Key Responsibilities:

Action parts check requests ensuring correct parts are identified
Obtain accurate pricing and quotes, ensuring cost-efficient solutions.
Place orders with suitable suppliers based on cost and lead time to support business needs.
Highlight any issues or delays internal stakeholders to maintain a smooth journey of parts to the end client.
Handle and store highly confidential and commercially sensitive information with integrity. The Ideal Candidate:

Our client is looking for an individual with strong IT literacy skills, who takes pride in their work, and leads by example. The ideal candidate will possess:

Experience in a similar operations or supply chain administrative role
Confidence in dealing with customers over the telephone and via email, always delivering exceptional customer service
The ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
Strong attention to detail to maintain accurate documentation.
Excellent interpersonal skills along with a polite, respectful, and professional demeanour.
