Your responsibilities will include:
Supporting students across KS3 and KS4
Helping students access their lessons
Providing individual and small group support
Supporting behaviour and emotional regulation
Building strong professional relationships
Encouraging students to engage with education
Supporting literacy and reading development
Helping students improve their written work
Providing positive encouragement and role modelling
Supporting students during breakfast and lunchtime
Working closely with teaching and pastoral colleagues

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
