🏭 The Environment: You’ll be working in a fast-paced manufacturing and production setting, supporting the delivery of high-quality products. This is a hands-on role where attention to detail, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are essential.
⏰ Shift Patterns & Pay Rates:
*
Training Period: 08:00 – 16:30 | £13.00 per hour (Initial training is completed on this day shift until you are fully up to speed.)
*
Main Shift: 16:30 – 00:30 | £14.30 per hour (rising to £15.02 per hour after probation period) (You will move to this late shift once training is complete.)
