Comfortable integrating with REST APIs and working with Git-based development and code-review processes.
Accessibility to WCAG 2.2 AA, including semantic HTML, keyboard navigation, screen-reader testing and automated accessibility checks.Ideal additional experience

React Router framework mode, including data APIs, nested routes, form actions and streaming SSR.
Node.js and Express, particularly where the frontend includes a server or backend-for-frontend layer.
Design-system and component-library development using custom design patterns, encompassing MUI, Storybook and Figma.
Runtime validation and contract-first API integration, for example Zod and OpenAPI-generated types.
Authentication, authorisation and secure session management using OAuth 2.0/OpenID Connect.
CI/CD, dependency management and frontend security practices.
Experience working in regulated or government environments and collaborating closely with various stakeholders, including UX, API, test and platform teams.
