We have an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals with fine motor skills and strong attention to detail who are looking to work within a hands-on assembly environment as Assembly Operatives. The role would be ideal for a candidate who enjoys working with very small components and has experience within a fine precision production environment such as embroidery, microscope-based manufacturing, SMT or miniature model assembly.

Key Responsibilities
* Assemble fine components and parts accurately to meet production targets
* Carry out detailed, hands-on assembly work
* Ensure finished products meet quality standards
* Maintain a clean and organised workstation
* Support wider production and assembly teams where required
Skills, Experience & Training Requirements Essential
* Good dexterity and fine motor skills
* Strong attention to detail and quality standards
* Reliable, punctual and able to commit to full time hours
* Comfortable carrying out repetitive assembly tasks
* Willingness to move between departments as needed
* Experience working with small components desirable
