Temp, 3-4 month contract, Days, £12.71p/hr, 39hrs per week

BRADFORD

I am looking for a Production Administrator to work for a busy Manufacturing company based in Bradford, on a temporary 3-4 month contract.

Working alongside the Production team, supporting the day-to-day administrative functions, you will be tasked with the following duties:

-Provide administrative support to both the Production Team and the Quality Team

-Create job packs for the Line Leaders

-Support Apprentices with admin tasks

-Upload camera footage to the system

-Ensure all production documentation is completed and filed correctly

-Support compliance with company quality, health and safety, and operational procedures

-Data inputting

-Process works orders and production paperwork

-Any other ad hoc duties required

Key skills required for the role include:

-Must possess good administrative skills

-Strong data entry and record management skills

-Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Word

-Possess good organisational and time-management skills

-High level of accuracy and attention to detail

-Good communication and team working

-Knowledge/Experience of working to mechanical drawings would be beneficial

You will be required to work 6am to 2.30pm from Mon to Thurs with an 11.40am finish on a Friday. The Pay Rate for the role is £12.71p/hr with Overtime paid at time + ½. The role is advertised as Temporary, with an initial contract lasting between 3-4 months.
