Job Overview

We are looking for a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out carpentry and joinery work to a high standard, following drawings and project specifications while maintaining a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities

Carry out general carpentry and joinery work.

Read and interpret technical drawings and measurements.

Install doors, frames, skirting, flooring, fixtures and fittings.

Construct, repair and maintain wooden structures.

Measure, cut and shape timber and other materials accurately.

Work efficiently to meet project deadlines.

Maintain high standards of quality and workmanship.

Follow all health and safety procedures on site.

Keep tools and work areas clean and organised.

Requirements

Proven experience as a Carpenter or Joiner.

Relevant qualification such as NVQ, City & Guilds, or equivalent.

Valid Blue CSCS card where required.

Good knowledge of carpentry tools, materials and techniques.
