Interim (6 months)

Central London | £22 per hour | Immediate Start

If you’re passionate about improving energy efficiency in homes and want to play a key role in a major retrofit programme, this interim Sustainability Coordinator role offers a brilliant opportunity to make a tangible impact.

You’ll act as the central liaison between residents, contractors and project partners, supporting the delivery of energy‑efficiency improvements across a diverse property portfolio. This is a hands‑on coordination role where your organisation, communication and problem‑solving skills will shine.

What you’ll be doing

* Being the main point of contact for residents undergoing energy‑efficiency upgrades, ensuring clear communication and a smooth experience.

* Working closely with contractors and project managers to resolve access issues, track progress and keep delivery on schedule.

* Issuing, varying and administering works orders, processing invoices and maintaining accurate records.

* Updating EPC data, component information and warranty details on the property management system.

* Collating information for management and board reporting, including KPI updates and grant draw‑down submissions.

* Managing complaints sensitively and professionally, ensuring timely resolution.

* Supporting colleagues with retrofit advice and proactive property improvement measures.

What you’ll bring

* Experience in property services within housing, repairs or asset management.

* Strong understanding of home energy‑efficiency measures and EPCs.

* Confident user of MS365 and property management systems.

* Highly organised, calm under pressure and able to work independently within clear parameters.

* Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.
