Pallet Inspector

We are recruiting Pallet Inspectors, and repairers to work in Carrington, on a longterm basis. This is an opportunity whereby you will learn new skills, and gain useful experiences. 

It is benifical to have previous experience within Industrial, or Joinery work. 

Pallet Repairer & Pallet Sorter
📍 Location: Carrington, M31
⏰ Hours: Monday – Friday, Rotating shifts: 06:00am–2:00pm Or 2:00pm–10:00pm (both shifts available)
💰 Pay: £12.71-14.00 per hour
📄 Contract: Temporary ongoing

Key Responsibilities:
• Inspecting pallets for damage or defects, whilst working in indoor and outdoor settings. 
• Sorting pallets based on size, condition, and type
• Repairing damaged pallets using hand and power tools
• Removing broken boards and replacing them with new timber
• Stacking and organising pallets in designated areas
• Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
• Following all health and safety procedures

Requirements:
✅Previous experience in pallet repair, joinery, and labouring is benefical 
✅Ability to use basic hand and power tools
✅Good attention to detail when inspecting pallets
✅Physically fit and able to handle manual work
✅Reliable and able to work rotating shifts
✅Strong work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
