Supporting the UK Project Management Office (PMO) team, the PMO Support plays a key role in ensuring the smooth coordination and administration of a diverse portfolio of projects. Working within a cross-functional environment, the successful candidate will provide essential support across new motorcycle, accessory, and business systems projects, helping to drive effective planning, communication, and project delivery.
UK-based travel is a requirement of the role. International travel is unlikely but may arise occasionally.
This a fixed term temporary 6 month contract.
Key Responsibilities:
* Administrative duties across the Project Manager Office.
* OE (Original equipment) Prototype Build Support
* Accessories NMIP (New Model Introduction Project) support
Skills & Experience Required:
* Maths & English GCSE grade C/4 or above
* Impeccable Organisation skills
* Excellent communication skills
* Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Take ownership and accountability for delivering work to a high standard
Hours of Work: Monday to Friday 39hrs per week.
