Warehouse Operative

Warehouse Operative required to work for our client in Abingdon Oxfordshire.

Our client is a family run business that are looking for a reliable and methodical individual to join their team at a warehouse in Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

Salary: £13.50 Per Hour

Job details: Temporary

Location: Abingdon, Oxfordshire.

Hours: Monday to Friday 08.00-17.00

Start date: ASAP

About the role:

As the Warehouse Operative, your responsibilities will include:

General daily picking & packing, taking stock from automated picking machines & pallet racking and packing as required.
Carry out other warehouse duties such as, stock taking, booking in/goods inward, pallet logging, machine/racking replenishment, cardboard shredding, box making.
Accuracy and the ability to correctly follow procedures and instructions is critical in this role in order to maintain our high levels of customer satisfaction.
Maintain a high level of housekeeping throughout warehouse areas.
Liaise with the Warehouse and regarding customer orders.About you as the Warehouse Operative:

Will be reliable
Have attention to detail
Professional attitude and understand that you will have a high responsibility
Be comfortable with manual handling and heavy lifting
