Temporary to permanent role- Fareham

Monday-Thursday: 7am-4pm, Friday 7am-12pm

Are you ready to take your career to the next level in the exciting world of electronics manufacturing? Our client, a leading company specialising in PCB Assembly and Electronic Equipment Manufacturing, committed to delivering high-quality products and exceptional service. We are looking for enthusiastic and dedicated Production Operators to join our dynamic team in Fareham on a temporary basis.

What You'll Do:
As a Production Operator, you'll play a vital role in our manufacturing process. Your responsibilities will include:

Soldering electrical components
Operating machinery and equipment to assemble electronic components.
Conducting quality checks to ensure products meet our high standards.
Collaborating with team members to improve production efficiency.
Maintaining a clean and organised work environment.
Following safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe workplace. What We're Looking For:

Previous soldering experience, soldering to IPC class 2
Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions.
