Pertemps Isle of Wight are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Warehouse FLT & Van Driver to join their team in Newport.

This is a temporary-to-permanent position offering a stable Monday to Friday working pattern, with the opportunity for a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities
Operating FLT equipment safely and efficiently

Loading and unloading deliveries

Carrying out general warehouse duties

Preparing and handling goods for delivery

Driving a company van for local deliveries and collections

Ensuring goods are handled and transported safely

Maintaining a clean, organised and safe working environment

The Ideal Candidate
Must hold relevant and in-date FLT tickets

Must hold a full, clean UK driving licence

Previous warehouse and van driving experience is essential

Good knowledge of safe working practices

Reliable, punctual and able to work as part of a team

Physically fit and comfortable with manual handling

What We Offer
