Visiting Officer

Location: London Patch (Holborn, Camden, Regent's Park, Hammersmith, New Oxford Street - all commutable via public transport)
Contract: 12 Weeks (2 Positions available)
Rate of pay: £18.75 PAYE or £22 Umbrella per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 36.25 hours per week
Working Pattern: Hybrid (3 days on-site, 2 days home-based)
DBS: Basic DBS RequiredThe Role

We are looking for two Tenancy Visiting Officers to support a busy Housing team with tenancy audits, resident visits and housing administration across London.

You'll be responsible for arranging and carrying out home visits, gathering resident information, updating records on internal systems, and identifying any issues that require further action.

Key Responsibilities

Book and carry out home visits and tenancy audits across London.
Update and maintain accurate records on internal systems (Salesforce).
Verify resident and household information.
Report repairs and housing issues to the relevant teams.
Conduct estate inspections whilst carrying out visits.
Take and submit photos to support service requests and investigations.
Identify and raise safeguarding concerns.
Identify and report potential tenancy fraud.
Manage appointments effectively, planning visits geographically to maximise efficiency.
Liaise with residents via telephone, letter and face-to-face appointments.About You

Previous experience in housing, lettings, community housing, tenancy management.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Well organised with the ability to manage your own diary and workload.
Comfortable working independently across a designated patch.
Good IT skills, including Outlook, SharePoint and Microsoft Word.
Able to accurately gather and record information.
Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of London.Additional Information

Interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams.
Onboarding and training will be office-based.
