Finance Assistant (Temporary)
📍 Kirkcaldy | 💷 £26,500 - £28,000 | ⏰ Full Time, Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm | 📅 Immediate Start
Our client is seeking an experienced Finance Assistant to join their busy finance team on a temporary basis for an initial 8-week assignment, with the potential for extension.
This is a varied transactional finance role supporting multiple business units and would suit someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Processing purchase and sales invoices
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable duties
Matching and reconciling invoices
Resolving supplier and customer queries
Supporting credit control activities
Managing and monitoring aged debtors
Maintaining accurate financial recordsThe Ideal Candidate Will Have:
Previous experience in a Finance Assistant, Accounts Assistant or similar role
Strong Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable knowledge
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Good communication skills and a proactive approach
