We are seeking enthusiastic, adaptable, and committed Secondary Subject Teachers to join our pool of supply staff, supporting schools across the Dixons Academies Trust and Beckfoot Trust.

Successful candidates will deliver engaging, high-quality lessons, maintain high expectations for behaviour and achievement, and inspire students to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver high-quality teaching within your subject specialism.
Plan and deliver lessons for long-term placements, or teach pre-prepared lessons for day-to-day cover.
Create a positive, inclusive, and purposeful learning environment.
Maintain excellent behaviour management in line with school policies.
Assess, monitor, and provide feedback on student progress where appropriate.
Work collaboratively with departments, pastoral teams, and senior leaders.
Adapt confidently to different schools, classrooms, and student needs.

We Are Looking For

The successful candidate will have:

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or an equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
Experience teaching your specialist subject at secondary level.
Excellent classroom and behaviour management skills.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
A flexible, professional, and proactive approach.
A commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for all students.
Early Career Teachers (ECTs) are also encouraged to apply.
