Are you passionate about supporting children in their learning journey? We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a welcoming school in the Clitheroe area for the new academic year.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with children and wants to make a positive impact within a supportive educational environment.
Key Responsibilities
Support teachers in delivering engaging and effective lessons.
Work with individual pupils and small groups to enhance learning outcomes.
Assist with classroom preparation and organisation.
Provide support for pupils with varying learning needs and abilities.
Encourage positive behaviour and promote a safe, inclusive learning environment.
Help monitor pupil progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have
Experience working with children in a school, nursery or educational setting.
A positive, patient and nurturing approach.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to build strong relationships with pupils, staff and parents.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
Relevant Teaching Assistant qualifications are desirable but not essential.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
