Portfolio HR & Reward are supporting a values driven, public sector organisation, that are currently seeking a People Advisor to join them on a Temp basis.

This role will be worked on a fully remote basis.

The successful candidate will receive an hourly rate between £16 and £18 per hour, plus holiday pay.

As a successful HR Advisor, you will be responsible for;

Support with employee relations cases, including disciplinaries, grievances and absence management
Deal with any queries that come through via the internal system
Ad hoc administration

The ideal People Advisor will have experience in the following;

CIPD qualification or qualified through experience
Previous experience handling complex employee relations cases
Full employee lifecycle administration
