Staffline is currently recruiting for HGV Class 1 Drivers for our prestigious client based in Bradford, BD5.
Start times between: 1am - 4am and 12pm - 4pm
Preference given to those who can work Friday to Monday (Guaranteed 11 hours)
PAYE rates are as below:
Days 05:45 - 18:00 - £18.57 Per Hour
Nights 18:00 - 05:45 - £20.01 Per Hour
O/T Days (After 8 hours daily) - £27.85 Per Hour
O/T Nights (After 8 hours daily) - £30.01 Per Hour
Bank Holidays - £59.67 Per Hour
Your Time at Work
The role mainly consists of Class 1 Store Deliveries and Trunking Operations:
- Transporting goods to various locations across the UK.
- Guarantee punctual and secure delivery of products, while strictly following traffic and safety protocols. - Cooperate with the logistics team to organise deliveries and achieve deadlines with effectiveness.
- Accurately document deliveries and fulfil essential paperwork obligations.
Our Perfect Worker
Requirements:
- Hold a valid HGV Class 1 license with 2 years relevant experience.
- Strong understanding of road safety regulations and compliance.
- No more than 6 points on the license.
- No DR, DG, DD, BA, CD, AC, LC or TT99 endorsement codes.
- Able to undertake trunking and store deliveries, including tail lift operations.
- Able to pull double deck trailers.
