Working Hours:
Monday – Thursday: 6:30am – 3:30pm
Friday: 6:30am – 1:00pm

Pay Rate:
£12.86 – £13.75 per hour (DOE)

We are currently seeking Production Operatives to join a well-established and expanding manufacturing company based in Mildenhall.

This is a fantastic opportunity for dependable and motivated individuals looking for long-term employment, with the possibility of securing a permanent position after a successful probation period.

Key Responsibilities:

Working in a busy and fast-paced production environment
Operating machinery and equipment safely and effectively
Assembling, handling, and processing manufactured products
Performing quality inspections on finished goods
Following all health and safety guidelines and procedures
Carrying out manual handling duties, including heavy lifting
Requirements:

Physically fit and capable of undertaking manual tasks
Reliable, punctual, and able to work towards production targets
Previous experience within a manufacturing or production setting is beneficial but not essential
