Are you an experienced FLT Counterbalance Driver looking for a varied role with excellent earning potential and long-term opportunities?
The Best Connection are recruiting on behalf of our well-established client in Stalybridge for a FLT Counterbalance Driver / Yard Operative to join their growing team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a busy environment where no two days are the same.
What You'll Be Doing:
✅ Loading and unloading vehicles using a Counterbalance FLT
✅ Working outdoors within the yard environment
✅ Sorting materials and identifying recyclable items
✅ Packing and unpacking materials
✅ Assisting with material handling and stock movement
✅ Following health and safety procedures at all times
✅ Supporting the wider yard operation as required
Full training will be provided, making this an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their skills within a thriving industry.
Working Hours:
🕗 Monday to Friday
🕗 8:00am - 4:00pm
Pay & Benefits:
💰 £14.47 per hour
⏰ Overtime paid at Time & Half after 7.5 hours worked per day
