📍 Horndean | 💰 £13.50 per hour | ⏰ Mon-Thu 7:30am-4:00pm, Fri 7:30am-1:30pm | Temp to Perm

Adecco are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Factory Operative to join their busy manufacturing team in Horndean.

We're looking for someone with a production, manufacturing, factory, assembly, or machine operating background. Experience using power tools or machinery is essential, and full training will be provided.

What you'll be doing:

Manufacturing high-quality products
Operating machinery and using hand and power tools
Packing and labelling finished products accurately
Picking and packing orders
Following health & safety procedures and safe systems of work
Maintaining high housekeeping and quality standards
Supporting continuous improvement initiatives What we're looking for:

✅ Factory, production, or manufacturing experience
✅ Experience using machinery and/or power tools
✅ Good attention to detail
✅ Reliable, hands-on, and keen to learn
✅ Local to Horndean or able to travel easily (direct bus route available)
