Are you a passionate Level 2 Teaching Assistant looking for your next opportunity?

We're recruiting for Teaching Assistants to join an early years team in Orford, Warrington. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys helping young children learn, grow in confidence and develop their independence.

The Role

Working alongside class teachers and the wider early years team, you'll help create a positive, nurturing environment where every child can thrive.

You'll be responsible for:

Supporting individuals and small groups with learning activities.
Adapting activities to meet individual needs and learning styles.
Supporting children's learning, development, behaviour and inclusion.
Contributing to observations and assessments of pupils' progress.
Encouraging positive behaviour, confidence and independence.
Supervising children and supporting their safety and wellbeing.
Building positive relationships with pupils, colleagues and parents.
Preparing classroom resources and supporting school activities and trips.What We're Looking For

We're looking for someone who is caring, enthusiastic and committed to making a genuine difference.

You'll ideally have:

NVQ Level 2 (or equivalent) in Supporting Teaching and Learning.
At least 2 years' experience working with children, ideally in an early years or primary setting.
A positive approach to behaviour, learning and development.
The ability to work collaboratively as part of a classroom team.
Good literacy and numeracy skills.
Experience supporting children with different learning needs.Experience with SEND or EHCPs would be an advantage.
