Customer Service Resolution Officer

Barnet Homes is seeking a number of proactive and customer-focused Customer Service Resolution Officer to manage customer enquiries, complaints, and service requests through to resolution.
Key Responsibilities
Investigate and resolve customer complaints and escalations.
Act as the main point of contact throughout the resolution process.
Work with internal teams to deliver timely and effective solutions.
Ensure responses are clear, accurate, and compliant with company procedures.
Identify trends and recommend service improvements.
Requirements
Experience in customer service, complaints handling, or case management.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage a varied workload and meet deadlines.
Strong IT skills and experience using CRM systems.
Housing or social housing experience is desirable.
