Search Consultancy is expanding its Bank Support Worker team in the Harrogate area and we're looking for experienced Support Workers to join us.

The Role
You'll support adults in specialist healthcare settings, working with individuals with mental health needs and learning disabilities. Every shift offers the opportunity to make a genuine difference while gaining experience across a variety of services.
Responsibilities
Supporting individuals with day-to-day living activities
Promoting independence, dignity and choice
Assisting with mobility and safe moving & handling
Supporting with meals, hydration and personal well-being
Observing and reporting changes in service user's well-being
Completing accurate records and following individual care plans
What We're Looking For
At least 6 months recent UK experience as a Support Worker or in a similar healthcare role
A caring, reliable and professional approach
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts
Ability to travel within Harrogate and the surrounding areas using your own transport or public transport
