Pay: £12.71 per hour

About the Role
Our Client is seeking a hardworking and reliable Farm Hand to join their family-run farming operation in Broadstairs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, thrives in a hands-on environment, and isn't afraid of physical work.
Working as part of a close-knit team, you will play an important role in the harvesting season, helping to ensure crops are prepared and distributed efficiently throughout the autumn and winter months.
Key Responsibilities
* Harvest vegetables and crops using hand tools.
* Sort, grade, and pack produce ready for distribution.
* Carry out repetitive manual handling and lifting duties.
* Work outdoors in varying weather conditions.
* Assist with the operation of farm machinery where required.
* Maintain high standards of productivity and teamwork.
* Support general farm activities as directed.
About You
* Hardworking, reliable, and willing to undertake physical work.
* Comfortable working outdoors in all weather conditions.
* Flexible with working hours, including occasional late finishes during busy periods.
* Able to remain on your feet for long periods throughout the day.
* Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
* Own wellington boots are required.
* Previous agricultural or outdoor working experience is beneficial but not essential.
