Pertemps are currently recruiting Machine Operators for a well-established manufacturing client based in Tamworth.
This is an excellent temp-to-perm opportunity for candidates with good general production experience who are confident operating machinery and looking to secure a long-term position.

The Role
Operating production machinery safely and efficiently
Loading and unloading materials
Monitoring machinery and production processes
Carrying out quality checks
Following production instructions and procedures
Working to daily production targets
Maintaining a clean and safe working environment
Following all health & safety requirements

Previous production or manufacturing experience
Experience operating machinery
Good attention to detail
A reliable and hardworking attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Good understanding of health & safety
Ability to follow instructions and procedures

💰 Pay: £12.71 per hour
📍 Location: Tamworth
⏰ Hours: Monday–Thursday 7:00am–4:00pm, Friday 7:00am–12:00pm
📅 Contract: Temp to Perm
