General Operative / Sheet Metal Worker

Location: Alsager, Stoke-on-Trent
Pay Rate: £17.25 – £19.93 per hour (dependent on experience)
Shift Pattern: Night shift | 10-hour shifts | Monday to Thursday (Enjoy a 3-day weekend!)
Contract Type: Ongoing, Temporary-to-PermanentAbout the Role:
We are seeking dedicated Sheet Metal Operatives to join a highly respected engineering firm in Alsager. This is a fantastic temporary-to-permanent opportunity offering excellent pay rates and a consistent four-night shift patternMonday to Thursday.
Key Responsibilities:

Operating machinery for sheet metal bending.
Fettling, vibro-polishing, and finishing metal components.
Carrying out general sheet metal and production duties as required.
Maintaining a safe, clean, and efficient working environment.What We Are Looking For:

Previous experience in an engineering, manufacturing, or production environment is preferred.
Good attention to detail and a practical, hands-on approach.
