Nursery Practitioners & Teaching Assistants – Warwickshire

We're seeking qualified, experienced Early Years professionals who deliver outstanding childcare.

Bank work: Flexible (Block bookings/Full-time/Part-time)
Shifts: Monday to Friday (Full days – 8 hours minimum, or PM shifts from 12 pm)
Salary: Up to £16.25 per hour (including holiday pay)

Contract: Ongoing contract, 3-5 days per week, guaranteed salary with minimum 3-day weekly commitment.

Key Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional care and learning for children aged 0–5 in line with the EYFS framework
Create safe, stimulating, and inclusive environments
Follow safeguarding procedures and nursery policies
Requirements.

You must meet one of the following:

Level 2 or above qualification in Early Years/Childcare (UK recognised)
Teaching Assistant qualification (Level 2+) obtained before 2014
EYPS, EYTS, PGCE, or QTS with Early Years/EYFS experience
OR
At least 4 months of full-time UK nursery/early years experience (employment or placement) with references
