Warehouse Operative – Temporary Position

Location: Outskirts of Cambridge, CB22
Pay: £12.71 per hour
Hours: Monday–Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm/6:00pm
Duration: Approx. 6 weeks
Start: ASAP

We are currently recruiting for a Warehouse Operative to join our client’s team on a temporary basis for approximately 6 weeks.

The main focus of the role will be picking and packing, alongside general warehouse duties and helping to keep both the warehouse and shop floor clean, tidy and organised.

Key Responsibilities

Picking and packing orders accurately and efficiently
Carrying out general warehouse duties
Keeping the warehouse and shop floor clean and tidy
Working as part of a small, friendly team
Following instructions and completing tasks efficiently
Supporting the wider team where required

About You

The ideal candidate will:

Have previous warehouse experience (preferred)
Be reliable, hardworking and hands-on
Be able to work independently and use their initiative
Have a positive attitude and work well as part of a team
Be comfortable working at pace and getting on with tasks
Be available for the full temporary assignment
Due to the location on the outskirts of Cambridge (CB22), access to your own vehicle is strongly preferred.

Our client is looking for someone who can hit the ground running, get stuck into the work and blend well with the existing team.
