About the Role
We are looking for a compassionate and adaptable Teaching Assistant to provide support to young pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is a temporary, long-term position with the possibility of permanency for the right candidate. The successful applicant will offer one-to-one support, demonstrating empathy, flexibility, and responsiveness to each pupil’s unique requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Inspire and motivate pupils while collaborating effectively with colleagues.
Assist the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management.
Listen attentively to pupils to understand and respond to their individual needs.
Maintain resilience and apply tailored teaching strategies to support learning.
Utilise your experience working with SEN pupils to provide targeted and effective support.
