Temporary (Approx 7 weeks) Hybrid working (21 - 35 hours)

We are recruiting for an experienced Temporary Events Co-Ordinator for our client based on the outskirts of High Wycombe

You will be working for the Senior Events Manager, internal teams and a range of external suppliers and stakeholders. We are seeking an experienced Coordinator to organise, co-ordinate and deliver high quality conferences and events. This position requires a high level of Administration, and requires strong Microsoft Office skills, along with good communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities include:

* Liaise with external suppliers (Venue, A/V production etc)

* To track timelines for each event

* Coordinate event speakers (including coordinating travel, materials etc)

* Work with the Marketing/digital teams to produce supporting materials

* Post evaluation and measurement of of event performance, including delegate feedback and financial reporting
