Multi Trader – Reactive Maintenance

£22 per hour cis 
Van & Fuel Card Provided

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Multi Trader to join a busy Reactive Maintenance team, carrying out repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties across Benfleet and Thurrock.

This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled, multi-trade operative who takes pride in delivering high-quality repairs and providing excellent customer service in tenants' homes.

Key Duties:

Carry out a range of reactive repairs and maintenance within occupied social housing properties.
Complete works across multiple trades, including carpentry, basic plumbing & wet trades
Carry out repairs to doors, locks, skirting, architraves, kitchens, flooring and other general property maintenance.
Diagnose and complete repairs efficiently, ensuring work is completed to a high standard.
Work safely and professionally while providing a high level of customer service to tenants.
Complete all required paperwork and job updates accurately.Requirements:

Proven experience as a Multi Trader or Multi Skilled Operative within reactive maintenance.
Previous experience working within social housing or occupied properties.
NVQ Level 2 or equivalent trade qualification.
