Warehouse Operative

Between 07:30-17:00
The Role
We are looking for a proactive and reliable Warehouse Operative to support a Warehouse team. This is a hands-on role within a fast-paced manufacturing environment, where safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement are key.
You will support all areas of the warehouse process, including:
Loading and unloading materials
Machine operation, supporting technicians and using computer systems.
Quality sampling and stock control
General housekeeping duties with heavy lifting involved
Assisting the Production Team Leader with operational updates and process improvementsFLT / Forklift Counterbalance would be advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
Operate production and equipment safely and efficiently
Follow all SOPs, site procedures, and health & safety guidelines
Carry out pre-start visual safety inspections
Support continuous improvement activities across the shift
Maintain high housekeeping standards across the production area
Complete production documentation and bulk bag labelling accurately
Work flexibly across multiple production roles as required
