We are currently recruiting Level 3 Teaching Assistants to work across a range of welcoming and supportive schools in Trafford.
We have opportunities available in different school settings, making this an excellent opportunity for experienced Teaching Assistants looking to secure regular work and build their experience across a variety of environments.
SEN experience is highly desirable, as many of our schools require Teaching Assistants who are confident supporting pupils with additional needs.
The Role
As a Teaching Assistant, you could be supporting pupils through:
One-to-one and small-group interventions
Classroom-based learning and activities
Supporting pupils with SEN and additional needs
Emotional, social and behavioural development
Helping pupils overcome barriers to learning
Supporting positive behaviour and engagement
Working alongside teachers and other support staff
Creating a safe, inclusive and positive learning environment
About You
We are looking for candidates who:
Hold a Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification or equivalent
Have previous experience working with children or young people
Have SEN experience (highly desirable)
Are passionate about supporting children's learning and development
Are patient, caring and confident
Have excellent communication and teamwork skills
Are reliable, professional and adaptable
Are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children
Are available to work full-time
