Warehouse Operative

Meridian business support is recruiting for a Warehouse operatives for a Company based in Birkenhead area.

Warehouse operative Duties include:

Wrap, box, and seal items securely using appropriate packing materials, then attach shipping labels
Inspect items for damage or defects before packing to ensure order accuracy
Using industrial packaging materials, such as cardboard boxes/Envolopes to safely and securely package goods
Following health and safety policies and procedures in the warehouseWe are really keen to hear from applicants with the following skills and experience:

Picking, Packing and Despatching
Knowledge of the different industrial packaging techniques and materials
Ability to spend long periods of time on their feet
High accuracy level to ensure customers receive the right items
Strong teamwork and communication skillsBackground Checks & Eligibility

Basic DBS Check:Due to the nature of our operations and to ensure a safe working environment, all successful candidates will be required to undergo a Basic DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check prior to starting employment.

Hours & Shifts: 

Monday  - Friday / 9AM - 4:30PM

Pay Rate:

£ 12.71 per hour
