What you'll do;

As an GN with Nurseplus, your role will be as rewarding as it is varied. Key responsibilities include: 

Delivering high-quality nursing care to patients in line with individual care plans. 
Administering medication and treatments in accordance with NMC guidelines.
Monitoring and assessing patients conditions, responding promptly to changes in their needs. 
Supporting clients with chronic conditions, post-operative care, or rehabilitation programs. 
Collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic, patient centered care. 
Ensuring accurate documentation and maintaining care records to the highest standards. 

What We Need From You:

A current and unrestricted NMC registration
At least six months of UK- based experience. 
The right to work in the UK 
A Good standard of English and effective communication skills. 
Flexibility to travel as required
