Smile Education are currently recruiting for a Lunchtime Supervisor to join a welcoming and supportive primary school in the Kidderminster area.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a friendly, reliable and enthusiastic individual who enjoys working with children and wants to play an important role in creating a safe and enjoyable lunchtime environment.
The successful applicant will supervise pupils during lunchtime, support positive behaviour and ensure children are safe and happy both in the dining area and on the playground.

Duties and Responsibilities:
Supervising pupils during lunchtime and play
Supporting children in the dining hall
Encouraging positive behaviour and good manners
Ensuring pupils follow school rules and safety procedures
Responding appropriately to minor incidents
Supporting children to have a positive lunchtime experience
Liaising with teachers and school staff when requiredThe Ideal Candidate Will:
Enjoy working with children
Be friendly, approachable and patient
Have good communication skills
Be reliable and responsible
Be confident managing groups of children
Have a positive and proactive attitude

Working with children in a school, nursery or childcare setting
Supporting children during lunchtime, breaktime or activities
Managing positive behaviour
Providing care and supervision to children
Working as part of a school or education team
A genuine interest in supporting children's wellbeing and development
