Assistant Site Manager

Fawkes & Reece are currently recruiting for an experienced Assistant Site Manager to join a respected house builder on a large 180-unit timber frame development in Liverpool.

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established site team on a busy new build housing development, supporting the Site Manager with the day-to-day running of the project.

We are looking for someone with a strong new build housing background, excellent organisational skills and the confidence to manage subcontractors and trades in a fast-paced environment.

Key Requirements

Previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager on Newbuild developments.
Timber frame experience is highly desirable.
Strong knowledge of construction sequencing and build processes.
SSSTS or SMSTS - in date.
CSCS - in date.
First Aid - in date.
Strong communication and leadership skills.
A proactive approach to health & safety, quality and programme.
