Position: Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA)
Location: Cleckheaton
Pay: £100 - £120 per day (paid weekly)
Hours: Full-time, long-term with the potential for a permanent position

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated HLTA to join a supportive and forward-thinking school in Cleckheaton. This full-time, long-term position offers the opportunity for a permanent role for the right candidate. You will play a crucial role in supporting teaching and learning, working closely with teachers to ensure the best outcomes for students.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in planning and delivering engaging lessons across various subjects.
Provide support to students, including those with additional needs, in small groups and one-on-one settings.
Supervise classes during teacher absence, ensuring continuity of learning.
Assist in the assessment of student progress and provide feedback.
Contribute to the development and implementation of individual education plans (IEPs).
Support the creation of a positive and inclusive learning environment.

Requirements:

A recognised HLTA qualification or equivalent experience.

A proactive and flexible approach to working within a team.
A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
