HR Advisor | 6 months FTC | Near Wolverhampton | up to £40K plus beneits | Full Time
Are you an experienced HR Advisor looking for your next opportunity? We're working with a well-established organisation near Wolverhampton who are looking to appoint an HR Advisor on a 6-month fixed-term contract, hybrid working. This is a great opportunity for an experienced HR professional to join a supportive team and make an immediate impact.
The Role
As HR Advisor, you'll provide a broad HR advisory service across the business, working closely with managers and employees to provide practical, commercially focused advice.
You'll be involved in a varied range of HR activity, including:
Providing day-to-day HR advice and guidance to managers and employees
Supporting with employee relations cases including absence, performance, disciplinary and grievance matters
Advising managers on HR policies, procedures and best practice
Supporting the employee lifecycle from onboarding through to exit
Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring processes are followed
Supporting wider HR projects and initiatives as required
Building strong relationships with key stakeholders across the businessAbout You
We're looking for an experienced HR Advisor who is confident working across a broad generalist remit and can quickly get up to speed in a new environment.
You'll ideally have:
Previous experience working in an HR Advisor or similar generalist HR role
Strong employee relations experience
The confidence to advise and challenge managers where appropriate
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
A pragmatic, commercial and solutions-focused approach
The ability to work independently and hit the ground runningThis would suit someone who enjoys a varied HR role, is comfortable operating at pace and is looking for a 6-month FTC.
